Warszawy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2. Miejscem wykonywania \u015bwiadcze\u0144 obj\u0119tych wolontariatem jest Biblioteka Publiczna w Dzielnicy \u017boliborz m.st. Warszawy oraz jej Filie.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">3. Wolontariuszem w Bibliotece Publicznej w Dzielnicy \u017boliborz m.st. Warszawy mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 ka\u017cdy, kto uko\u0144czy\u0142 13 rok \u017cycia. Osoby niepe\u0142noletnie zobowi\u0105zane s\u0105 do przed\u0142o\u017cenia zgody rodzic\u00f3w lub opiekun\u00f3w prawnych. Wz\u00f3r zgody stanowi\u0105 Za\u0142\u0105czniki nr 3 i nr 4 do niniejszego Regulaminu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">4. Zamiar podj\u0119cia wolontariatu w Bibliotece Publicznej w Dzielnicy \u017boliborz m.st. Warszawy nale\u017cy zg\u0142osi\u0107 kierownikowi oddzia\u0142u lub filii bibliotecznej (zwanym dalej \u201eKierownikiem filii\u201d) lub Koordynatorowi Wolontariatu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">5. Przyj\u0119cie Wolontariusza odbywa si\u0119 na podstawie rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej, kt\u00f3r\u0105 przeprowadza osoba wyznaczona przez Dyrektora Biblioteki Publicznej w Dzielnicy \u017boliborz m.st. Warszawy (Koordynator wolontariatu lub Kierownik odzdia\u0142u\/filii.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">6. Wolontariusz wsp\u00f3lnie z Kierownikiem oddzia\u0142u\/filii ustala zakres \u015bwiadcze\u0144 obj\u0119tych wolontariatem.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">7. Zakres dzia\u0142ania Wolontariusza obejmuje w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">a) pomoc przy organizowaniu imprez kulturalnych organizowanych przez Bibliotek\u0119<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">b) inicjowanie wydarze\u0144 kulturalnych w Bibliotece; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">c) promocj\u0119 Biblioteki w \u015brodowisku lokalnym; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">d) pomoc w bie\u017c\u0105cych pracach bibliotekarskich; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">e) pomoc czytelnikom w poszukiwaniu materia\u0142\u00f3w bibliotecznych; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">f) przygotowywanie dokumentacji fotograficznej w czasie imprez; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">8. Wolontariusz nie jest pracownikiem Biblioteki; powierzone czynno\u015bci wykonuje dobrowolnie i bez wynagrodzenia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">9. Wolontariuszowi nie udziela si\u0119 zgody na dost\u0119p do danych osobowych Czytelnik\u00f3w Biblioteki Publicznej w Dzielnicy \u017boliborz m.st. Warszawy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">10. Pomi\u0119dzy Korzystaj\u0105cym a Wolontariuszem lub dzia\u0142aj\u0105cym w jego imieniu opiekunem prawnym zawierane jest Porozumienie. Wzory Porozumienia stanowi\u0105 odpowiednio Za\u0142\u0105cznik nr 1 i Za\u0142\u0105cznik nr 2 do niniejszego Regulaminu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">11. Wolontariusz &#8211; przed zawarciem Porozumienia, o kt\u00f3rym mowa w punkcie 9 &#8211; ma obowi\u0105zek zapozna\u0107 si\u0119 z przepisami BHP obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cymi w Bibliotece Publicznej w Dzielnicy \u017boliborz m.st. Warszawy. Wz\u00f3r O\u015bwiadczenia o odbyciu szkolenia BHP stanowi za\u0142acznik nr 5 do niniejszego Regulaminu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">12. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Wolontariusz ma prawo do zg\u0142aszania w\u0142asnych propozycji i inicjatyw.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">13. Wolontariusz dba o maj\u0105tek powierzony mu przez Bibliotek\u0119 do wykonywania zada\u0144 (np. sprz\u0119ty biurowe, sprz\u0119t komputerowy). Wszelkie zauwa\u017cone usterki zg\u0142asza Opiekunowi Wolontariatu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">14. Wolontariusz swoj\u0105 postaw\u0105 dba o dobre imi\u0119 Biblioteki.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">15. Wolontariusz jest zobowi\u0105zany sumiennie i dok\u0142adnie wykonywa\u0107 podj\u0119te zadania.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">16. Wolontariusz powinien wykazywa\u0107 si\u0119 kultur\u0105 osobist\u0105 i odnosi\u0107 si\u0119 z nale\u017cytym szacunkiem zar\u00f3wno do pracownik\u00f3w biblioteki jak i do u\u017cytkownik\u00f3w biblioteki, kt\u00f3rym pomaga.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p><p lang=\"pl-PL\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">17.
